✨ Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If you’ve received a faulty garment or the wrong size, we’re truly sorry! Please email us at ellenthelabel.info@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.


📅 Change of Mind / General Returns

If your order doesn’t feel quite right — whether it’s the fit or the style — you’re welcome to request a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, clean, and in original condition (no marks, damage, or signs of wear).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.


♻️ Custom Garments

Please note that custom-made garments cannot be returned.

Because these pieces are made especially for you — in your chosen size and specifications — they cannot be resold and would create unnecessary waste if returned.

We appreciate your understanding and support of mindful production.
